AFTER 24 HOURS BILE LEVELS WERE ABOUT THE SAME AS ONE HOUR, PERSISTINGLY HIGH IN INTESTINAL CONTENT AND CANCER CELLS, AND LOWER IN ALL OTHER TISSUES, BEING LOWEST IN BRAIN AND SPLEEN. FIRST BIOLOGICAL HALF-LIFE WAS 4.5 MINUTES AND THE SECOND WAS 29 MINUTES. EXCRETION WAS MAINLY IN THE FECES, 29.6% WITH 24 HOURS AND 47.8% WITHIN 48 HOURS. EXCRETION IN URINE WAS 8.0% WITHIN 24 HOURS AND 12.8% IN 48 HOURS. |
