| Disease | ABOUT 55% OF THE TITLE COMPOUND WAS ELIMINATED AFTER 4 HOURS. HIGHEST LEVELS WERE FOUND IN THE LIVER, PANCREAS AND KIDNEYS DURING THE FIRST FOUR HOURS. LOWER LEVELS WERE FOUND IN THE HYPOPHYSIS, ADRENALS AND SPLEEN. LOWEST LEVELS WERE FOUND IN THE HEART,TESTES,BRAIN AND THYMUS(50 TIMES LOWER THAN THE LIVER). THE LOW LEVEL AND THE CHARACTER OF REMOVAL OF THE LABELLED COMPOUND FROM THE TESTES AND THYMUS MAKES IT POSSIBLE TO BELIEVE THAT THE IMMUNE AND REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEMS DO NOT PLAY IMPORTANT ROLES IN THE PHYSIOLOGICAL EFFECT OF THE TITLE COMPOUND. |
