SPECIFIC LEAF WEIGHT INCREASED UNDER HIGH LIGHT INTENSITY.
CHLOROPHYLL CONTENT WAS MAXIMUM AT 3.5% LIGHT AND DECREASED WITH INCREASING LIGHT INTENSITY.
IN KOREAN GINSENG PLANT LEAF, STUDIED WITH THE AID OF HPLC, UNDER 5% LIGHT INTENSITY, GINSENOSIDE RB-3 WAS ABSENT AND ONLY TRACES OF RH-1 WERE SEEN. UNDER 30% LIGHT INTENSITY, THE RH-1 PEAK WAS GREATER AND RB-3 WAS ABSENT.
RG-1 AND RG-2 DECREASED BUT RD INCREASED. OTHER DIFFERENCES ARE PRESENTED. |
