DiseaseTO INVESTIGATE THE EFFECT OF CONSUMPTION OF WATERCRESS ON ACETAMINOPHEN METABOLISM. THE PHARAMCOKINETICS OF ACETAMINOPHEN AND ITS METABOLITES WERE STUDIES. RESULTS SUGGEST THAT WATERCRESS CAUSES A DECREASE IN THE LEVESL OF OXIDATIVE METABOLITES OF ACETAMINOPHEN, PROBABLY DUE TO INHIBITION OF OXIDATIVE METABOLISM OF THIS DRUGS.
