THE RESULTS INDICATED THAT TRANSIENT CEREBRAL ISCHEMIA-REPERFUSION INDUCED LEARNING AND MEMORY IMPAIRMENT IN MICE. HOWEVER, ORAL ADMINISTRATION OF GINSENOSIDE AT 10 OR 100 MG/KG DECREASED THE NO. OF ERRORS DURING LEARNING AND IMPROVED THE MEMORY. THE RESULTS SUGGESTED THAT GINSENOSIDE PROTECTS THE LEARNING AND MEMORY FUNCTION FROM THE ISCHEMIA-REPERFUSION INJURY IN MICE. |
