AN AVERAGE ABSORPTION OF 50, 17, AND 24% OF QUERCETIN GLUCOSIDES, QUERCETIN RUTINOSIDE, AND QUERCETIN AGLYCONE, RESPECTIVELY, WAS OBSERVED, INDICATING THAT A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF INGESTED QUERCETIN IS ABSORBED IN HUMANS AND THAT CONJUGATION SIGNIFICANTLY ENHANCES THE ABSORPTION. |
