FURHERMORE, IN THE SAME STUDY, A DECREASED IN SINGLE AND DOUBLE STRAND DNA BREAKS,, KNOWN AS A POSSIBLE FACTOR IN CARCINOGENESIS WAS REPORTED SUGGESTING A POTENTIALLY IMPORTANT ROLE OF PYC IN PROTECTION OF GENETIC MATERIAL AGAINST FREE RADICAL-INDUCED INJURY. |
