ANALYSED FOR FAECAL BILE ACIDS AND THEIR FORM AND DRY WEIGHT DETERMINED. ISPAGHULA HUSK TREATMENT SIGNIFICANTLY LOWERS FAECAL LITHOCHOLIC AND ISOLITHOCHOLIC ACIDS AND THE WEIGHTED RATIO OF LITHOCHOLIC ACIDS TO DEOXYCHOLIC ACID.
