FOR EXAMPLE, GRAHAM ET AL. ADMINISTERED 4.4 MG/KG OF CAFFEINE TO NINE MALE VOLUNTEERS AND FOUND THAT THEIR TIME TO RUN TO EXHAUSTION SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED. GRAHAM AND SPRIET FOUND THAT 3 TO 6 MG/KG OF CAFFEINE ENHANCED ENDURANCE BUT THAT A HIGHER DOSE, 9 MG/KG, WAS INEFFECTIVE.
