THEY FOUND NO EFFECTS OF GINSENG ON SUBMAXIMAL OR MAXIMAL EXERCISE PERFORMANCE, RPE, OR PHYSIOLIGIC PARAMETERS SUCH AS OXYGEN CONSUMPTION, HEART RATE, AND PLASMA LACTIC ACID OCNCENTRATION. |
