IN HUMAN PLASMA, ONLY QUERCETIN GLUCURONIDES, BUT NO FREE QUERCETIN, COULD BE DETECTED, NO SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE IN THE BIOAVAILABILITY AND PHARAMCOKINETIC PARAMETERS.
