A SEPARATE GROUP WAS DOSED EVERY 4 HRS AND SACRIFICED 90 MIN LATER. 5-HT LEVELS WERE INCREASED BY DOSING AT ANY TIME IN CYCLE BUT ESPECIALLY AT 08:24. CORTICOSTERONE(SERUM) EXHIBITED THE SAME EFFECT. ON THE OTHER HAND, NOREPINEPHRINE LEVELS IN BRAIN WERE CONSISTENTLY LOWER IN DOSED ANIMALS THAN IN CONTROLS. 5-HIAA LEVELS IN BRAIN ROSE WHEN DOSING AT 04:00, 08:00, AND 16:00. THESE LEVELS REMAIN UNCHANGED AT 12:00 AND 24:00 AND DECREASED AT 20:00. DOPAMINE WAS LITTLE ALTERED BY DOSING. |
