THE EXTENT OF THE BINDING WAS ASSAYED IN SEVERAL CELL LINES OF THE GIVEN CELL, EACH INFECTED WITH VACCINIA VIRUS CARRYING CDNA FOR A GIVEN CYTOCHROME P450 FORM. 3 FORMS OF HUMAN P450(CYP1A2, CYP3A3 AND CYP3A4) OF TWELVE TESTED, AND ONE (CYP4B1) OF 2 RODENT FORMS TESTED PRODUCED METABOLITES WHOSE DNA BINDING WAS 20.8, 5 AND 180 TIMES THAT METABOLITE FROM CONTROL CELLS INFECTED WITH WILD TYPE VIRUS.
