IRON CATALYZED PEROXIDATION WAS GREATER THAN SEEN IN MICROSOMES FROM ANIMALS GIVEN MUSTARD OIL AS A CONTROL. THE EFFECT OF VARIOUS RADICAL SCAVENGERS WAS UNCHANGED OR SLIGHTLY INCREASED IN THE EXPERIMENTAL GROUP.
