| Disease | FROM THE VIEW OF INTRINSIC MECHANISM OF NK CYTOTOXICITY, THE KINETIC MODEL OF CYTOTOXIC REACTION AND THE SINGLE CELL ASSAY WERE USED TO OBSERVE AND ANALYZE THE EFFECTING LINK OF TRICHLOROLIDE(T4) ON NK ACTIVITY. THE RESULTS SHOWED THAT THE DOSAGE ENHANCING NK ACTIVITY COULD INCREASE THE FREQUENCY (%E) OF KILLER CELL IN THE SPLENOCYTE POPULATION AND THE RATE CONSTANT OF LYSIS (K2), SO THAT THE MAXIMUM RATE (V-MAX) OF NK CELL WAS RAISED. BUT THE INHIBITING MECHANISM OF T4 WAS RELATED TO DECREASE IN %E, K2 AND V-MAX. THE SINGLE CELL ASSAY IN VITRO PROVED THAT 0.01 MCG/ML OF T4 COULD STRENGTHEN THE AFFINITY BETWEEN EFFECTOR CELLS AND TARGET CELLS AS WELL KILLING EFFICIENCY. A CONCENTRATION OF 1.0 MCG/ML OF T4 DID NOT INFLUENCE THE AFFINITY APPARENTLY, BUT THE KILLING FREQUENCY DECLINED. |
