| Disease | EFFECTS OF MONOMER T4(TRIPCHLOROLIDE) ON NK ACTIVITY OF MOUSE SPLENOCYTES WERE DETERMINED BOTH IN VITRO AND IN VIVO BY MEANS OF A CLASSICAL I-UDR RELEASE ASSAY. THE RESULTS SHOWED THAT THE MONOMER T4 EXHIBITED DOSE-DEPENDENT DOUBLE-REGULATORY EFFECTS. AT LOW DOSAGE IT ENHANCED THE PERCENTAGE OF NK CYTOTOXICITY, AT HIGH DOSAGE IT SHOWED DOSE DEPENDENT INHIBITION. THE DOUBLE-REGULATORY EFFECTS OF MONOMER T4 MIGHT BE IMPORTANT FOR THE EVALUATION OF THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF TRIPTERYGIUM WILFORDII IN FUTURE CLINICAL PRACTICE. |
